It does come down to respect and tolerance, but often people find it hard to disagree with clients. Maybe it&#039;s an ingrained &quot;the customer is always right&quot; idea or a fear of losing the client.

I think most of us like to think that our way is the &#039;right&#039; way, but we have to be able to step back and accept that we are all entitled to our own opinions and beliefs. Just because we don&#039;t agree with someone doesn&#039;t mean that one of us is right and the other wrong, or that one is &#039;good&#039; and the other &#039;bad&#039;. We&#039;re just different and see things differently, and that&#039;s okay.</description>
